Data deletion

This page explains how to delete the data AiryAds holds about you, including the data we receive when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads or YouTube account.

What we hold

For every advertising account you connect we keep its identifier, its name and the access tokens you authorised. For your AiryAds account we keep your profile, campaigns, payments and support messages. The privacy policy describes all of it in detail.

Disconnect an advertising account

1. Sign in to the AiryAds dashboard.
2. Open the Channels section.
3. Press Disconnect next to the account and confirm.

We delete the access tokens of that account at once and stop requesting any data from it. You can also remove AiryAds on the platform side: on Facebook in Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites; on Instagram in Settings, Apps and websites; on Google on the account permissions page.

Delete your account and all its data

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account with the subject "Delete my data". If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

We confirm the request by e-mail within 30 days. Your account, campaigns, connected advertising accounts and their tokens are deleted or anonymised within 90 days. Invoices and tax documents are kept for the period the law requires.
