Refund policy
Which money AiryAds refunds, how to request a refund and what happens after you ask.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This page explains which money AiryAds gives back, how to ask for it and what happens after you ask. It restates section 3 of the terms of use in more detail; if the two ever differ, the terms prevail.
What can be refunded
The unspent real-money balance of your wallet: the part of your top-ups that has not yet been spent on advertising, fees or other services. The amount available to refund is shown in Billing.
If a boost is closed before its end, the unspent part of its budget and the fee on that part return to your wallet and become refundable like the rest of the balance.
What cannot be refunded
- Spent budget: paid days of delivery and the AiryAds fee charged on them stay charged.
- The bonus balance: referral rewards and bonuses we grant are not refundable, not paid out as money and not transferable between accounts.
- Subscription fees for a period already started, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Payment-processing fees charged by banks and payment providers. They are deducted from the amount we transfer.
How to request a refund
- Sign in to the AiryAds dashboard and open Billing.
- Press Request a refund and enter the amount, up to the amount available.
- Confirm the request.
While we review the request, the money stays on your balance and your campaigns keep running. You can have only one request in progress at a time.
What happens next
- Once we approve the request, the amount is deducted from your wallet at once, so it cannot be spent on advertising while the transfer is on its way, and we make the transfer.
- If your balance has dropped since you asked, we refund what is left of it.
- If we reject the request, we tell you why, and the money stays on your balance.
We e-mail you when the request is approved, when the transfer is made and when a request is rejected. You can also follow its state in Billing.
Payments charged by mistake
If a payment went through twice or was charged in error, write to [email protected] with the date and the amount. A payment we give back is returned the way it was made. If it paid for a subscription, the plan it paid for ends.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
