Campaign is not spending its budget
Why a campaign does not launch, is not shown or does not spend money, and what to check.

Start with the campaign status: most often it points to the cause.
“Draft”
The campaign has not been submitted, or it was sent back from moderation. Open it: if there is a red “Campaign rejected” block, fix the reason and click “Submit for review”. If not, go through the wizard and click “Launch campaign”.
The launch button does not work
On the “Launch” step, the “Ready to launch?” list shows what is missing:
Channels and Connected channel accounts: choose channels and connect them in the “Channels” section.
Budget at or above the minimum: raise the budget to the “min.” amount next to the field.
Campaign period: for a period budget, enter the dates.
Address of what is advertised: paste the link.
An active plan, Subject the plan allows, Active campaigns within the plan limit: change your plan. See “Individual terms”.
Wallet funds for at least one day of ads: top up the wallet.
“Pending”
The campaign is in moderation. The ads start automatically once it is approved.
“Paused: insufficient funds”
The wallet did not have enough money for a day of ads. Top up the wallet, and the campaign resumes by itself. To keep it from happening again, turn on auto top up.
“Running in part” or “Not launched”
Some or all of the campaign’s channels are disconnected. Click “Connect channels” on the campaign card.
“Active”, but no numbers
Check the “Active period”: no ads run before the start date.
The networks need some time to start showing ads after approval. Check the statistics in a few hours.
If a day has passed and there are still no impressions, write to support with the “Campaign question” category.
