You upload your own banners and videos in the “AI Creatives” section, on the “Upload” tab, or from a campaign with the “Upload your own” button. Drag the files in or click “Choose files”.
File requirements
Images: JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10 MB. The longer side from 200 to 8000 px, the shorter side at least 90 px.
Videos: MP4 (H.264) up to 50 MB and up to 30 seconds.
The format is detected automatically from the file’s proportions. The library can hold up to 200 uploaded images and 20 videos.
Which formats each channel shows
Facebook: 1:1, 16:9, 3:4.
Instagram: 1:1, 9:16, 3:4.
Google: 16:9, 1:1, 728×90, images only.
YouTube: 16:9, 9:16.
TikTok: 9:16.
Telegram: 1:1, 16:9.
Spotify and Apple Music: 1:1, 9:16.
If a creative does not suit any of the campaign’s channels, the campaign shows a warning with the name of the format.
Library
All creatives are on the “All creatives” tab, each marked with where it came from: uploaded, made by AI or imported from Canva. A deleted creative is gone for good and is removed from all campaigns.
