Connecting channels

How to give AiryAds access to a channel’s ad account, what to do if the connection fails and how to revoke access.

To run ads on your behalf, AiryAds needs access to the ad account of each channel. You connect each one once in the “Channels” section. You can connect Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and Telegram yourself.

How to connect

  1. Open the “Channels” section.

  2. Click “Connect” next to the channel you need.

  3. On the platform’s official page, sign in to your account and allow access. Telegram is connected by signing in to Telegram on the AiryAds page.

When you are back in the dashboard, you will see a message that the cabinet is connected, for example “The Facebook cabinet is connected”, and the channel card will show the account name and ID. You can also connect a channel right from the campaign wizard, on the “Placement” step.

If it did not work

  • “Access was not granted at the provider”: you did not allow access on the platform’s page. Start again and confirm the permission.

  • “The connection attempt has expired”: the platform’s page was open for too long. Click “Connect” again.

  • “This cabinet is already connected”: the channel is already connected to your account.

  • “Coming soon” status: connecting this channel is not available yet.

How to revoke access

Click “Disconnect” next to the channel. We remove the access right away, and to get it back you will have to connect again. Campaign statuses do not change, but no ads will run on that channel: active campaigns get the “Running in part” or “Not launched” label.
