The plan pays for the platform. The ad budget is paid separately, from the wallet.
What a plan limits
The number of active campaigns. Campaigns that are “Pending”, “Active”, “Paused” or “Processing” count.
What you can advertise. Spark and Start allow websites only, Grow adds tracks and videos, and from Pro+ up apps are allowed too.
The number of channels.
The monthly limit of AI banners, AI videos and questions to the AI assistant.
Current prices and limits are shown in the “Change plan” window and on the pricing page. Spark is free and never expires: it is the plan of every account without a subscription.
How to change your plan
Open “Billing” and click “Choose a plan” or “Change plan”.
Choose “Monthly” or “Yearly”. Paying yearly is cheaper.
Click “Choose” to pay by card, or “Pay by invoice”.
The new plan starts as soon as the payment arrives. The unused part of the old period is credited to your wallet. For the Agency plan, click “Discuss terms”: a support request opens.
Renewal and cancellation
A plan paid by card renews automatically. To turn renewal off, choose “Cancel renewal” in the “Plan actions” menu: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. A plan paid by invoice does not renew by itself: we send a new invoice a week before the period ends.
When a plan ends, the account moves to Spark. Limits are checked when campaigns are launched and resumed, so a campaign that does not fit Spark cannot be resumed after a pause.
