Topping up the wallet

Where the money for ads comes from, how to top up the wallet by card, what amounts you can add and what happens when the money runs out.

The wallet holds the money for ads on the ad networks. Every day, the daily share of each active campaign is charged from it together with the Airy fee.

How to top up

  1. Open “Billing”.

  2. Click “Top up balance” and enter an amount or pick one of the quick amounts.

  3. Click “Go to payment” and pay by card.

The money is usually credited right away. If the bank has not confirmed the payment yet, the dashboard says “The payment was accepted”, and the money appears on the balance a little later.

How much you can add

  • Minimum: UAH 100, $5 or €5.

  • Without verification: up to UAH 80,000, $2,000 or €2,000 at a time.

  • By card after verification: up to UAH 400,000, $10,000 or €10,000.

  • A larger amount can be paid by invoice.

Bonus

If there is a bonus on your balance, the dashboard shows it with “incl. … bonus”. The bonus is spent first and is not refundable.

When the money runs out

Set a “Balance threshold” in the notification settings, and we will warn you when the wallet drops below it. If there is not enough money for a day of ads, campaigns are paused and resume by themselves after you top up. To stop watching the balance, turn on auto top up.
