Identity verification

When verification is needed, how to complete it and what to do if it is rejected.

Without verification, you can add up to UAH 80,000, $2,000 or €2,000 in one top up. After verification, the card limit rises to UAH 400,000, $10,000 or €10,000.

How to complete it

  1. In “Billing”, on the “Verification” row, click “Raise limit”.

  2. Have a valid passport, ID card or residence permit ready.

  3. Check that the name in your profile matches the document. If it does not, click “Edit name”.

  4. Click “Start verification”, take a photo of the document and complete the face check.

The check is run by Sumsub. Sumsub keeps the documents, and we only receive the decision.

Statuses

“Not verified”, “In review”, “Verified” and “Rejected”. If verification is rejected, the dashboard shows the reason, and the button changes to “Try again”.

If you see a “Send request” button instead of the check

This means the online check is not available right now. The button opens a support request, and a manager will tell you where to send the documents.
