Statuses and moderation

What each campaign status means, how moderation works and what to do if a campaign is sent back.

The status is shown in the campaign list and in the header of the campaign card.

Statuses

  • Draft: the campaign has not been submitted yet, or it was sent back from moderation.

  • Pending: the campaign is in moderation.

  • Active: the campaign is approved and the ads are running.

  • Paused: you paused the campaign.

  • Paused: insufficient funds: the wallet did not have enough money for a day of ads. The campaign resumes by itself after you top up.

  • Running in part: the campaign is active, but some of its channels are not connected.

  • Not launched: the campaign is active, but none of its channels is connected.

  • Processing: the campaign is being sent to the networks right now. Give it a few minutes.

  • Ended: you ended the campaign, or its end date has passed. It cannot be resumed.

How moderation works

After you click “Launch campaign”, an AiryAds operator reviews the campaign. While it is “Pending”, you can click “Back to drafts” to fix something. Once it is approved, the ads start automatically and you get a notification.

If the campaign is sent back

There is no separate “Rejected” status: the campaign goes back to “Draft”. The campaign card shows a red “Campaign rejected” block with the reason, and a “Campaign sent back” notification arrives by email and in Telegram, if you have connected it.

  1. Open the campaign and read the reason.

  2. Fix what the operator asks for.

  3. Click “Submit for review”. The old reason disappears.

If the reason is unclear, write to support with the “Campaign question” category and choose this campaign.
